Communication is vital in establishing a strong relationship between a company and it's customers. It is one of many components that you must have to help you maintain a long-term relationship between Top Level and the customer. In an effort to maintain excellent quality control, we have implemented a 24 hour customer support policy that allows our customers to have access to someone on our operations department at any time. Top Level has many ways for you to communicate with us:

  • 24 Hour customer/emergency support line
  • Direct on-line contact via e mail and/or fax
  • Communicate with the team supervisor through Top Level's Communication Log Book
  • A monthly on-site Quality Control Inspection to insure customer satisfaction and to meet the ever changing needs of the facility manager
  • Monthly follow-up calls from our customer service department to receive feedback and to ensure open communication channels and quality service
  • Weekly, "Fax a Comment", our client's rate our services on a weekly basis to keep problems under control
